• After hours, including weekends and public holidays, you can call your local Health Mental Health Service on their 24 hours number, e.g Monash Health MH Triage 1300 369 012; Peninsula Health MH Triage 1300 792977, etc,

• During office hours, you can also call and set up an urgent appointment with your GP and, if already linked in with a therapist, can also contact your psychologist/counsellor. If awaiting an appointment here or already with a date, you can call 03 8625 0587 to arrange to bring your appointment forward or go on a waitlist for a cancelled appointment.

 

It is useful to have family and friends around to support you, and they may usually be the first port of call if readily available.
