Video Consultations
The Video format is encouraged for first consultations to allow for broader range of resources available.
The Video Consult on the day of your appointment is as easy as clicking on a link sent to your email and/or as SMS. You do not need to download anything and nothing is stored on your device once the session finishes.
You can access your consult from a computer, tablet or smartphone. A stable internet connection is required.
It is useful to be mindful of your privacy and be in an area you feel comfortable to talk.
